Program format

Students will participate in visits and workshops organised by JA, including startups and community visits, and workshops on STEM, pitching, English presentation and writing, career aspiration, project management skill, etc. They will also have 4 mentoring sessions with volunteer mentors and university student volunteers.

The Schools Challenge Hong Kong, co-organized by Junior Achievement Hong Kong (JA HK) and J.P. Morgan, is a comprehensive project-based learning that aims to help junior secondary school students to broaden their career horizons, and develop the skills, experience and networks they need to compete for jobs in the future. Through co-creating social innovations under the mentorship of business volunteers and university student volunteers, students enhance their teamwork, communication, problem solving, creativity, leadership and STEM skills, and are motivated to aim high and stay positive.
