The GBA Fintech Talent Initiative returns for 2026 with new cross-border learning opportunities in Macau.
Organized by Bloomberg, with the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) as convening partner alongside Junior Achievement China and Junior Achievement Hong Kong as nonprofit partners supporting program delivery, the Initiative connects university students with leading financial institutions and industry experts to build the knowledge, experience and professional connections needed for an increasingly AI-driven financial landscape.
EDUCATION
Build your financial market knowledge and future-ready skills through Bloomberg for Education and industry-led learning.
EXPOSURE
Experience financial and fintech ecosystems across Hong Kong, Shenzhen and Macau through company visits, training and cross-border learning.
EMPLOYABILITY
Strengthen your career readiness through industry guidance, executive engagement and direct dialogue with senior leaders.
Who can apply?
The program is designed for full-time university students in Hong Kong across all majors and backgrounds. Selected students from universities in Shenzhen will also join the program, bringing together university students from Shenzhen for cross-border learning and exchange.
The Hong Kong students’ application process is managed by Junior Achievement Hong Kong.

March 5, 2027 — Selected Hong Kong students’ corporate visits and exchange in Shenzhen
March 12, 2027 — GBA Fintech Talent Initiative Summit in Hong Kong
